Your data, your call

Delete your Buska account and data

This page covers the Buska app, listed on Google Play as Buska Aruba: Kids Photo Hunt and on the web at app.buskaaruba.com. You can delete one photo, one child's profile, or the whole account. Here is how, and what happens to your data afterwards.

Option 1: delete things yourself, in the app

You do not need to contact anyone for these. All of them sit behind the grown-up PIN in the Parent Zone.

Option 2: delete your whole account

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address the account uses.
  2. Put Delete my account in the subject line.
  3. We reply to confirm it is really you, then delete the account.

Requests are completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

What we keep, and why

Two things worth knowing

Family Photos never left your device. That private album is stored only on the phone or tablet it was made on, so it is not ours to delete. Removing the app, or clearing its storage, removes those photos.

Card details were never ours either. Payments are handled by Stripe and we never see or store a card number.
