These terms are an agreement between you and Gray Matters Communications V.O.F. ("Buska," "we," "us") for use of the Buska app and website. By using Buska, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Buska.
You must be at least 18 to create an account. The account holder is responsible for the family's use of Buska, including by the children on the account, and confirms they have authority to consent on those children's behalf.
Keep your login details secure and don't share your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Please don't misuse Buska. That includes: breaking the law, infringing others' rights, uploading content that is unlawful or harmful, attempting to access other families' data, disrupting the service, or reverse-engineering the app except where the law allows.
You and your family keep ownership of the photos you take. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, to sync your collection and generate your keepsake book). We don't use your family's photos to advertise or sell anything.
Some features and physical keepsakes are paid. Prices are shown before you buy. Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law. Because printed keepsakes are personalized and made to order, they cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
We work to keep Buska running well but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, add, or remove features, and may change or discontinue parts of the service.
Buska, its content, mascot, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your family's own enjoyment.
Buska is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. Buska is a game to enrich a trip. Always supervise children outdoors and follow local laws, signage, and safety guidance.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using Buska and delete your account any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect users or the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Aruba, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Aruba. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law where you live.
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
